Last year I was doing my master's full time, with client work on top. My days started at 5:45, with clients in five places and no time to hire and train anyone. I jumped between AI tools, explained my business to every new chat, and lay awake going through what I still owed to which client, terrified I would forget a delivery. I was tired and running on empty. So I built one brain for my business and handed the repeat work to AI agents.
